This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to advertising, creative, digital and IT services provided by PCV Ads, a unit of Pixel Craft Ventures.
Because our services may involve advance bookings, media-space reservations, production costs and third-party arrangements, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service and stage of execution.
For billboard, bus, railway station, bus stop, mobile van and in-app advertising campaigns, cancellation requests must be communicated to us as early as possible.
Once an advertising space has been booked or payment has been committed to a third-party media owner, transport organization, authority or vendor, cancellation may be subject to applicable charges or may not be refundable.
Where an advance payment has been made to reserve advertising space, production or other services, refund eligibility will depend on:
For graphic design, video production and other creative services, refunds may not be available for work already completed or expenses already incurred.
If production has not started, any applicable refund will be determined according to the agreed quotation and project terms.
For website development, app development and other IT projects, cancellation and refund terms will be based on the project quotation, scope of work and payment milestones agreed with the customer.
Payments relating to work already completed or third-party expenses may not be refundable.
Requests to change advertising locations, routes, campaign dates or creative materials may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of the relevant advertising space or service.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Expenses already incurred for third-party media bookings, permissions, printing, production, transportation, installation, development or other services may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Where a signed agreement, quotation, purchase order or service contract contains specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms will take precedence over this general policy.
